The ministry of Economy and Plannification on Friday at the Limbe City Council organized a short seminar.
This seminar was aimed at encouraging the fishing sector in Cameroon and they urged those involved in fishing to keep on carrying out this activity and also advised the fishermen of their contributive role in the development of the Cameroonian economy. This seminar was attended by the minister of economy Mr Yaouba Abdoulaye, Chief Njoke Njume, the lord mayor Rodanny Mbua of Limbe One Council, Mr Andrew Motanga,and several traditional groups who came and displayed the traditional dances. This seminar was aimed at encouraging commercialisation in the fishing sector.
